Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia has spoken with Zach Bryan’s ex-wife, Rose Madden.

“I FaceTimed with Rose for a couple hours, actually,” LaPaglia, 25, said during the Wednesday, November 20, episode of the “BFFs” podcast. “I f—ing love her. I’ve never felt more seen and validated in my life. Same with her. Oh, my gosh. She’s a great person.”

LaPaglia’s podcast cohosts Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards admitted they would have “loved” to be a “fly on the wall” for their conversation.

“Imagine Bri just hit a little screen-share play to us, Dave, when that was going on,” Richards, 22, joked.

LaPaglia did, however, make it clear that details from their conversation wouldn’t be made public.

“That’s between me and Rose,” she said.

Bryan, 28, was married to Madden from July 2020 to July 2021. No details about their marriage emerged online but Madden returned to social media at the time with a photo (that has since been deleted) alongside a caption reading, “She’s ba—ack ;-).”

Following his divorce from Madden, the country singer started dating Deb Peifer. They made their relationship Instagram official in early 2022, but by May 2023 had broken up. Bryan moved on with LaPaglia shortly thereafter.

He dated the Barstool Sports personality for a little over a year before announcing in an Instagram Story late last month that they had split. At the time, LaPaglia claimed that she was “blindsided” by Bryan’s social media post since they agreed to keep the breakup private.

In the weeks that followed, LaPaglia has since offered insight into what she referred to as an emotionally abusive relationship with Bryan. The podcast host alleged that Bryan and his team offered her $12 million to sign an NDA and never discuss their relationship. (Us Weekly has reached out to Bryan’s team multiple times for comment.)

While Madden and Peifer haven’t explicitly come out and addressed their past relationships with Bryan — but have dropped subtle hints.

“Quite literally every single person from his past basically, in their own way, confirmed everything,” Portnoy, 47, said during Wednesday’s “BFFs” episode.

Madden commented on a TikTok reacting to Portnoy’s diss track about Bryan, calling it “comedy gold.” Peifer also posted a telling TikTok video after LaPaglia detailed her entire experience on a separate “BFFs” episode earlier this month.

In Peifer’s clip, posted on November 7, she showed herself pouring a glass of wine while dancing to Taylor Swift’s “Clean.” She also appeared to address LaPaglia and Bryan’s breakup, without using either of their names in a separate video.

“But I just want to be clear on the fact that I don’t find any gratification in other people hurting. Specifically other women hurting,” Peifer said in an October 24 TikTok. “I feel like I’ve seen some comments on my personal social media pages alluding to the fact that I do, and I don’t.”
