Brooks Nader is opening up about the cosmetic surgery procedure that she’ll “forever regret.”

“I probably shouldn’t say this, but I’m just going to say it,” the 29-year-old model and reality star told People recently. “I had liposuction years ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn’t need it. I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things.”

“We just got to do less with all that and be healthy,” the Love Thy Nader star said.

In February, Nader exclusively told Us Weekly about the positive feedback she’s received from fans after dissolving the lip filler she first got at 18.

“I honestly felt really good about it, because I feel like I get a lot of the comments that are like, ‘You look 40, you look 40, you look 40,’” Nader said. “I’m like, ‘What? I don’t want to be 40.’”

In the interview, Nader said she was “pleasantly surprised” by the compliments she has received since ditching the filler. “Everyone’s like, ‘Finally, you actually look like 28,’” she said, adding that her parents, Breaux Nader and Holland Greene Nader, said she doesn’t look “blown up” anymore.

Nader said she began experimenting with filler when she was a teenager.

“When I was 18 and I moved to New York, I was like, ‘I’m gonna get filler. I’m gonna do all these treatments, I’m gonna get lipo, whatever it is,’” she said. “My parents gave me, like, $1000 and they were like, ‘Have fun.’ I felt like it was what everyone was doing. I was thrown into this world of Hollywood and chasing perfection. And I thought that getting filler was the answer.”

Now, however, the Dancing With the Stars alum is embracing her “true, authentic self.”

“I never say never to anything because if I age, you never know,” she said of getting more work done in the future.

But she added, “For right now, I’m loving my smile and how I’m looking. I feel like I’m looking like my old self again.”

Nader was recently cast in Fox’s reboot of Baywatch starring Stephen Amell as Hobie Buchanan, the son of David Hasselhoff’s Mitch Buchanan from the original series.

Last week, the reality star told Entertainment Tonight that she was “over the moon excited” to play a lifeguard named Selene in the show.

“My character is Selene and she’s basically me — she’s very sassy — and she is a total boss,” Nader said.

According to Nader, her character is a rival lifeguarding “captain” who will “butt heads” with Amell’s lead character in “good, flirtatious fun.”

Variety broke news of Nader’s casting earlier in March and shared a character description for Selene, which reads, “While she is excellent at her job, she and Baywatch Captain Hobie Buchannon have a very different approach to saving lives that is a constant source of friction. Never on good terms, their relationship only goes downhill after Hobie brings his daughter, Charlie, onto his team… and it becomes clear that their rivalry goes much deeper than lifeguarding.”
