The Cody Bellinger trade might create a little awkwardness in the Yankees’ clubhouse.

Bellinger’s wife, Chase Carter, a 27-year-old Bahamian model, previously dated current Bronx Bombers slugger Giancarlo Stanton.

Carter, who married the 2019 National League MVP last December and has two daughters with Bellinger, had a two-year fling (2018 and 2019) with Stanton, also a former NL MVP.

During Game 3 of the 2019 ALDS, Carter sat alongside Aaron Judge’s then-girlfriend and now-wife, Samantha Bracksieck, as the Yankees took on the Twins.

About a month later, it appeared Carter and Stanton had split after he “liked” a number of Instagram posts from UFC ring star Arianny Celeste.

Less than a year later, in August 2020, Carter was linked to Bellinger, who was then a member of the Dodgers.

Carter was a 2018 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and has also posed for brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Ralph Lauren.

Bellinger, 29, was traded to the Bronx from the Cubs on Tuesday in exchange for right-handed pitcher Cody Poteet and cash.

The outfielder has two years and $52.5 million remaining on his contract, which comes with a $25 million player option for 2026 that can be bought out for $5 million.

In 2024, Bellinger hit .266/.325/.426 with 18 home runs, 78 RBIs and nine stolen bases for Chicago.
