Dave Portnoy continues to defend Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia after her breakup with Zach Bryan.

Portnoy, 47, who hosts the “BFFs” podcast with LaPaglia, 25, and Josh Richards, released a diss track titled “Country Diddy” on Sunday, November 10, via YouTube. The release followed Portnoy and Richards’ original diss track, “Smallest Man.”

The track was accompanied by a music video featuring a Lego cowboy character holding a guitar and a piece of paper with the word “NDA” written on it, referencing LaPaglia’s claims that Bryan, 28, allegedly offered LaPaglia money to sign an NDA, which she said she refused.

The new diss track starts, “Country Diddy, Country Diddy / Steal another story write another Country Ditty / All these NDAs you sound like a country Diddy,” seemingly referring to Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently incarcerated after he was indicted on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking in September.

The track’s release followed an additional jab from the “BFFs”’s X account, which unveiled a “Smallest Man (Dave’s Version)” earlier on Sunday.

“Country Diddy” continues, “Something like your face / This isn’t looking pretty / Know I bring the thunder straight to Oklahoma City,” with further lyrics reading, “Butter cup really thought that he could shut me up / Someone tell your cheap lawyers I don’t give a f—.”

Lyrics also detail how Richards, 22, chose to “sit it out” this time around, “cause we only need me.” Richards is reportedly signed to Warner Music Group, which may explain why the original “Smallest Man” track was removed from YouTube on copyright grounds.

Another line in “Country Diddy” reads, “Offered Bri $13 mil, just to shut her trap / Then she turned around and said “shove it up you a–”.”

Bryan announced his split from LaPaglia via a social media post late last month. LaPaglia claimed she was “blindsided” by the announcement, alleging she and Bryan agreed to keep the breakup news under wraps.

During the November 7 episode of “BFFs,” LaPaglia claimed she was “emotionally abused” by Bryan. “The last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life, dealing with the abuse from this dude,” she claimed on the podcast. “I’m still scared of him, my brain’s rewired. I’m scared to make him mad. Last week I didn’t want to talk about it because I was scared.”

Regarding Bryan allegedly offering LaPaglia money for a signed NDA, LaPaglia said, “I still said f— your money. You made the women before me believe they had no other choice. And to take money from you, sign their experiences away, sign what they went through away, You get to go skip off and sing your little f—ing songs on stage like you’re a good dude.”

During the November 6 episode of “BFFs,” LaPaglia said that she, Portnoy and Richards were blocked by Bryan on social media.

Bryan revealed his split from LaPaglia via an Instagram Story on October 22 after the pair dated for more than one year.
