It’s his birthday and he’ll give out free chicken if he wants to.
Drake will be celebrating his birthday by gifting everyone free Dave’s Hot Chicken sliders. The giveaway is happening only on Thursday, his 38th birthday.
On Oct. 24, fans can have their Dave’s Hot Chicken on the rapper at any of the company’s 230 locations from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
“We love that Drake is choosing to celebrate his birthday with Dave’s guests,” Bill Phelps, Dave’s Hot Chicken’s CEO, said in a statement.
“As this brand expands from coast-to-coast and abroad, it’s the authenticity of the food, founders, team members and investors, like Drake, which ensure we’ll continue to blow peoples’ minds.”
This is the third year in a row Drake has collaborated with Dave’s for his birthday.
Dave’s Hot Chicken has been named the Fastest-Growing Restaurant Chain in America after starting out seven years ago in an East Hollywood parking lot — and Drake became an investor in the restaurant in 2021.
Usher, Maria Shriver, Samuel L. Jackson and Michael Strahan have also invested in the chain restaurant.
All you have to do to get your free full-sized sandwich in honor of the “God’s Plan” singer’s birthday is go to your local Dave’s and scan the reward in the Dave’s Hot Chicken app.
The offer is only available in person at the restaurant, not through online ordering or third-party delivery services.
