It appears as though the other Rangers prospect at Boston College is staying put.

The Blueshirts engaged in conversations with defenseman Drew Fortescue about turning pro recently, but it sounds like the club’s 90th-overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft is returning to BC for his junior season, The Post has learned.

Fortescue’s BC teammate and fellow Rangers draft pick, Gabe Perreault, made his NHL debut in the Rangers’ 5-4 overtime win Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden after burning the first year of his entry-level contract to report to New York.

He skated on the second line with Alexis Lafreniere and J.T. Miller.
