Call it the Mar-a-Lago makeover.

Dr. Norman Rowe, an NYC-based plastic surgeon, opened a new location in Florida — just a few miles from Mar-a-Lago — last year, and business has been booming thanks to Trump’s election win.

The Palm Beach set has been eager to look their best hobnobbing at the Winter White House — especially those looking to score a gig in the incoming administration.

“Since the election, it’s been on another level – I’ve had to stay down here full-time,” said Rowe, whose flagship office is on Park Avenue on the Upper East Side. “The entire world is funneling through Palm Beach now and they want to look good … [they] have face time with the leader of the free world.”

He’s seeing as many as 15 patients a day in Palm Beach. The most popular procedures are those that require little recovery time — $20,000 thread lifts, Botox, fillers and lasers.

“I’ve seen aspiring statesmen in my office. They say, ‘I’m trying to get this ambassadorship, or DOJ [job],’”said Rowe, who recently attended the Mar-a-Lago New Year’s Eve bash after a patient scored him an invite.

One male patient landed an ambassadorship, and while Rowe doesn’t take credit for the appointment, the refresh he provided certainly didn’t hurt.

“He wanted in. He was vying for a position in this particular country, and he got in,” he said. “Everyone here has aspirations — they’re trying to get on Trump’s good side.”

With nearly all positions in the new administration filled, people are still eager to make a good impression when schmoozing at Mar-a-Lago.

“A lot of us who support President Trump want to look our best,” said Amanda Till, a 42-year-old tech entrepreneur based in Palm Beach.

She recently spent between $50,000 to $60,000 on Botox, fillers, a thread lift, a hydrafacial, and various lasers with Dr. Rowe

Though she’s visited Mar-a-Lago dozens of times, Till, a conservative, said she’s upped the frequency post-election where there’s a good chance of rubbing elbows with “inspiring” people such as Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos.

“It makes you feel like you’re part of something,” she gushed. “Everyone here is someone.”

For 40-year-old Angie Dawson, her first New Year’s Eve at Mar-a-Lago called for the big time prep: microneedling, platelet-rich injections and a salmon sperm facial, at a total cost of around $5,000.

It was well worth it, she said, especially the fish semen injections.

“Your skin glows — it’s insanity,” said Dawson, a non-practicing lawyer.

At the big party, she met Ted Cruz, and a picture of her on the red carpet wearing an Oscar de la Renta gown made the Palm Beach Post.

“Everybody wants to be at Mar-a-Lago right now,” she said, noting she also spotted Musk and returning First Lady Melania ringing in the New Year. “The most powerful people in the world are there. I saw them all.”

It’s not just beautiful power-hungry women who are trying to perfect themselves. Rowe said he sees male patients as much as 30% of the time in Palm Beach, while the national average of men getting cosmetic procedures is about half that.

West Palm Beach plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Kapp has seen an uptick in people coming in for Botox and fillers as patients want to put their best face forward at inauguration parties.

“We have patients who are advisors [for the new administration],” he told The Post. “And patients preparing before the inauguration, 100%.”

Rowe, meanwhile, joked that if Trump offered him a job “such as surgeon general,” he would likely turn it down.

“I don’t know if I would take it,” he said. “I love what I do.”
