House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) fired back at President Trump Sunday after the commander-in-chief argued the Democratic Party is now the country’s “greatest enemy.”
“Donald Trump should keep his reckless mouth shut before he gets somebody killed,” Jeffries said during an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union,” when asked about Trump’s Sunday morning Truth Social post.
In the post, the president asserted that Democrats are a greater foe than Iran now that the Islamic regime has been crippled by Operation Epic Fury.
“Now with the death of Iran, the greatest enemy America has is the Radical Left, Highly Incompetent, Democrat Party!” Trump wrote. “Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
