This mom is lifting her kids to drop some weight.

Cassie Morrison, 26, couldn’t keep the weight off — until she began using her children as the most adorable workout equipment.

“My weight was out of control — I was constantly gaining weight and I wouldn’t want my pictures taken and I wouldn’t even take my son swimming,” she confessed.

“When I was bigger, I couldn’t even walk to my parents’ house without feeling like I couldn’t breathe and having heart palpitations and they only live 10 minutes away which wasn’t any way to live.”

Her frustration and dissatisfaction only grew as she did.

“When I became pregnant with my second child, I felt like giving up. I was already a size 26 at this point and just felt like I wouldn’t be able to lose any more weight again,” Morrison shared.

After going on vacation and realizing the shame she carried about her weight prevented her from making memories with her kids, Morrison decided to get serious about getting into shape and feeling confident in her body.

She felt as if she’d tried “every diet in the book” but nothing “really stuck” until she stopped trying difficult restrictive diets and added simple exercises with her kids Rubie, 2, and Broden, 4, into her routine two years ago.

“Exercise with the kids helped me so much — I could never afford proper weights, but I really wanted to put in the effort and lose the weight so using my kids was the next best thing,” Morrison said.

“By doing everything at home, I was able to just go at my own pace, which was so helpful because there was no pressure to do things a certain way.”

The determined young mother holds her children as she goes through her quick workout routine pushing through five minutes of squats, shoulder presses, planks and arm curls.

She also installed a pole in her garage for pole dancing fitness.

“People underestimate how helpful coming up with unique workouts is and how much you can actually do at home,” Morrison said.

She also altered her eating habits to stick to a 1,500-calorie diet but still allows herself to enjoy burgers and pizza as long as it fits within her calories.

“On the diet side of it, I still try to eat as well as I can but it’s not the end of the world if I’m not having a protein shake for breakfast every day because it’s still better than how I used to eat,” Morrison shared.

With her routine, the mother of two has dropped 100 pounds in two years shrinking from a size 26 to a size 10.

But the best part is that she never has to leave her children; instead, she dedicates playtime to them.

“My kids love that I include them in workouts, they love to join in, so we do this a few times a week,” she said. “The only thing I want to do next is tone up and build some muscle, just to look good and feel good about myself completely.”

And she’ll be sticking to her successful methods to do so.

“The kids will definitely still be used as weights to get me there!”
