Dancing With the Stars season 33 pair Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber’s alleged romance seemingly received a stamp of approval from her brother, James Tran.
In a sweet Instagram montage on Sunday, November 3, Jenn, 26, reminisced on her DWTS journey. The clip began with the season 21 Bachelorette crying during the After the Final Rose episode while sitting beside ex-fiancé Devin Strader, before transitioning to a clip of Jenn and Sasha, 40, running through the airport to catch their flight to New York. (Jenn was cast on the show just hours before the season 33 group was announced on Good Morning America in September.)
Jenn appeared giddy as she walked into the DWTS studio for her first rehearsal with Sasha, screaming into the camera when he asked whether she was “ready.”
“Am I a star or are you a star?” Jenn asked, referencing the DWTS show title. “You are my star!” Sasha replied while grabbing her hand.
Jenn proceeded to share clips from all of her dances with Sasha, from their premiere night Cha Cha to Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” and ending with their Halloween Night Contemporary dance to “Vampire” by Olivia Rodrigo. (The pair were eliminated from DWTS during the October 29 episode.)
The video concluded with clips from their last rehearsal, where the twosome laughed as Jenn planted a kiss on Sasha’s forehead. “From our first rehearsal to our last @sashafarber1,” Jenn captioned the video, which was set to Taylor Swift’s “Long Live.”
James took to the comment section to write, “When’s the wedding rehearsal? 🤔.”
Romance rumors between Jenn and Sasha began swirling after the DWTS pro revealed his affectionate nickname for the Bachelorette alum. In a September TikTok, Jenn ate a McDonald’s ice cream cone while Sasha asked, “Babe, can I have some?”
While Jenn and Sasha have yet to address their relationship status, they continued to fuel romance rumors throughout the season — with guest judge Gene Simmons even calling them a “steamy couple” during an October DWTS episode.
After their elimination, Jenn sent fans and DWTS costars into a frenzy when she shared a TikTok knocking on Sasha’s door. “Private rehearsals starting ASAP,” Jenn wrote on Thursday, October 31. In the clip, Sasha opened the door, and the pair embraced.
“When one door closes another door opens,” Jenn lip synced in the video. “We so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones that open for us.”
DWTS judge Derek Hough expressed his well wishes for the twosome in the comments section of the post, writing, “I give this a 100. Happy for you two ❤️.” DWTS pro Ezra Sosa added, “I ship it,” before posting the same sound to his own page.
“I’ve been [shipping] the wrong couple this whole time 🥲,” Ezra captioned a clip of Jenn and Sasha, seemingly referring to Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko. (Us Weekly broke the news in September that Brooks, 28, and Gleb, 41, were “hooking up” but their romance came to an end the following month.)
Jenn and Sasha have continued to upload several TikToks together, sharing a clip of the Bachelor Nation member lipsyncing for the camera as the DWTS pro smacks her in the back of the head with a pillow. Jenn picks up another pillow to hit him back and the twosome begin laughing as they go back and forth. Jenn captioned the Friday, November 1, TikTok, “Sometimes a good pillow fight is good for the soul.”
