The Jets are just about done with training camp.
Their final preseason game is Friday night against the Giants. Then they will cut their roster to 53 players on Sunday and shift into regular-season mode.
With camp nearly over, it feels like a good time to check on how some players have seen their stock rise recently or dip based off last week’s preseason game with the Steelers and recent practices.

Dane Belton: When the Jets signed Belton to a one-year, $4 million contract in free agency, I figured it was more about special teams than defense. Belton had been a standout on special teams for the Giants, and that made sense for the Jets to add.
