Jonathan Taylor expects to be living out of a suitcase soon.
The Colts’ star running back believes he will be traded before the Nov. 10 deadline, according to “NFL on Prime” reporter James Palmer, who said offers have been made.
Palmer listed the Giants — as reported by The Post — Vikings, Packers and Broncos as teams in the mix for the 27-year-old’s services.
“They’ve all contacted the Colts, there’s been a couple of offers in there, but nothing to the level of what Indianapolis is looking for,” Palmer said after the Jaguars’ 33-10 road win at the Ravens. “My understanding is Jonathan Taylor expects to be traded, we’ll see if somebody gets up there.”
Taylor is the name most mentioned ahead of this year’s deadline and there seems to be enough rumbling to expect a potential deal.
Indianapolis reportedly is seeking a Christian McCaffrey-type trade package, per NFL Network.
The Panthers received four picks — one each of second-, third-, fourth- and fifth picks spread over two drafts — from the 49ers in 2022 for the star dual-threat back.
Taylor is under contract for two and a half more seasons, although any acquiring team could rework his contract like the 49ers eventually did with McCaffrey.
NFL Network further reported that the Colts don’t feel they have to trade Taylor, but they do not own a 2027 first-round pick and that delays any potential attempts to rebuild.
Taylor did not directly answer a question Thursday about whether he’s demanded a trade from the 2-6 team that drafted him in 2020.
“At this point, the hay is in the barn now,” he said. “We’re preparing for the Dallas Cowboys. We got a home game. After last week, nothing else matters. We just gotta give these fans a win.
“We gotta put out a great, premium product. Can’t be what we put up last week. Can’t be.”
Prediction market Kalshi has the Giants listed as the favorite for Taylor’s next team at 28 percent and Colts are the second-option at 25 percent, as of early Friday morning.
The Giants’ odds have dipped from 40 percent earlier in the week, although The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy reported Thursday that coach John Harbaugh is “hellbent” on adding another offensive playmaker with his team leading the NFC East with a 4-2-1- record.
