Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia home was put up for public auction and now faces foreclosure.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars’ property went to auction on Tuesday, December 3, according to a public notice that was shared by Fulton County on Wednesday, November 27.

While the current status of the property is unclear, it was listed on the Fulton County’s December 3 foreclosure list, per public records.

November’s public auction notice stated that the Alpharetta estate was scheduled to “sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash,” outside the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday.

The news comes after new details into Zolciak, 46, and Biermann’s ongoing divorce came to light earlier on Tuesday. According to a report from the Milton Police Department and obtained by TMZ, authorities responded to a domestic violence call on Wednesday, November 27, from their Georgia home. (Zolciak and Biermann, 39, filed to divorce one another after 11 years of marriage in May 2023.)

The report claimed that Zolciak said Biermann became physical in front of the pair’s children. The estranged couple share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11, and Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship. It is unclear which children allegedly witnessed an altercation between their parents.

Zolciak’s version of events claimed that she was standing on a ladder and taking down curtains when the pair got into an argument. Zolciak claimed that Biermann got confrontational with her before things became physical.

She also alleged that the former football player physically removed her from the ladder and threw her to the ground.

Zolciak reportedly told law enforcement officers that she sustained injuries as a result of the alleged incident. However, the officers claimed in the report that Zolciak refused to provide any evidence of a physical injury to first responders at the time. Biermann, for his part, claimed that Zolciak instigated the altercation and allegedly struck him in the face.

Us Weekly has reached out to representatives of the couple for comment.

The exes, who got married in November 2011, purchased the Georgia mansion, which is located in Manor Golf & Country Club, in 2021 for $880,000.

In February 2023, the house was also slated to go to public auction, however the law office of Brock & Scott, PLLC announced on February 22, 2023, that the forthcoming sale of the estate would not take place. Details about the reason behind the auction cancellation were not given at the time.

The legal mystery came less than three months prior to the couple’s divorce announcement.
