McDonald’s is kicking off the new year with something sweet.
The fast-food chain might be known for its chicken and burgers, but avid fans know how important the desserts and sweet treats are — especially their beloved pies.
Food blogger Markie Devo shared on Instagram that a fan-favorite menu item is making a comeback: McDonald’s Strawberry & Crème Pie.
Devo shared on Saturday that “McDonald’s Strawberry and Crème pie has returned!”
“The pie features strawberries and vanilla flavored crème, baked side by side in a sugar-coated flaky crust,” the foodie said.
According to the post, the treat has already been spotted at locations in New York, Michigan, Florida, Georgia and Arizona.
The return of the beloved pie officially marks the end of the seasonal holiday pie at the Golden Arches.
To check if the new pies are available at your location, the McDonald’s app will let you know.
Fans in the comments were thrilled to see the comeback of the Strawberry & Crème Pie, with some saying it’s a “true miracle.”
