McD’s customers are really happy to have this meal.

McDonald’s launched a special Valentine’s Day pairing today, offering their first-ever McNugget Caviar kits.

But excited fans were left fuming when the kits, featuring crispy Chicken McNuggets and premium Baerii Sturgeon caviar, sold out within minutes — with some complaining that the website crashed.

The McDonald’s McNugget Caviar kit was only available online at McNuggetCaviar.com, free of charge, while supplies lasted.

Each kit contained a 1oz tin of McNugget Caviar, $25 Arch Card to use for Chicken McNuggets, crème fraîche and a Mother of Pearl caviar spoon.

Paramount’s Baerii caviar retails for $95 for one ounce, so the free ounce is a steal for caviar lovers.

According to McDonald’s, this is all one needs for “an upscale yet effortless celebration.”

McDonald’s told Food & Wine that the idea was inspired by fans who have been doing this on their own.

“They’ve been pairing Chicken McNuggets with caviar long before we made it official. We know our fans want to enjoy elevated experiences without the price tag, so we want to treat you to something special — completely on us,” they told the outlet.

“We’re pairing savory caviar with our signature McNuggets for a Valentine’s Day celebration unlike any other.”

But the highly sought after kits were sold out within minutes, and the website claimed they all had been taken.

The giveaway started at 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 10 — and ended quickly after. According to the terms and conditions, only 750 kits were available to claim.

“Unfortunately, our McNugget Caviar was everyone’s Valentine this year, and has flown off the shelves,” the website read.

The sold-out message advised that people can still elevate their nuggets with the chain’s limited-edition sweet and spicy Hot Honey sauce — but fans were not having it.

“McDonald’s are you FR right now!? Their site crashed when the timer hit zero,” one angry fan posted on Facebook. “Who were we kidding? If McDonald’s cannot keep their ice cream machine working for more than 11 minutes why did we think their website could handle millions of us trying to get free caviar kits?”

She continued, “We were ALL there. Watching the countdown. Refreshing like it was Ticketmaster. The site didn’t sell out it CRASHED out. This is next level gaslighting.”

“F–k you McDonald’s!! You played us. Mcnugget Caviar kit my a–,” someone cursed on X.

“750 McNugget caviar kits available and a site that crashed before the launch even happened. Would have been better as a lottery system instead of letting bots take them all,” another wrote.

“They marketed the hell out of this product & crashed the website 1 minute before the countdown ended. How is it sold out unless they were NEVER planning to give away free mcnugget caviar kit to begin with,” someone theorized.

“Tried securing the McDonald’s caviar and their site crashed instantly and when it reloaded 2 minutes later sold out lmao f–k you @McDonalds,” one commented.

“mcnugget caviar kits only went to bots & influencers huh?” another asked, posting a screenshot of the caviar kits listed on eBay for $90.

At the time of reporting, order confirmations for the McDonald’s McNugget Caviar kits are being listed on eBay for as much as $400.
