Sneaking food into movie theaters just got a lot easier — if a tad more obvious.
M&M’s revealed its latest product, the “Limited-Edition M&M’s Snack Jacket,” which isn’t edible but makes it irresistible not to bring food anywhere you go.
The vibrant red, functional garment is stocked with milk chocolate-covered candies, napkins, a seat finder flashlight and a complimentary annual movie pass, all for the price of $11.75 online.
It will come as no surprise if the steal of a deal sells out fast on Nov. 15 because only 14 jackets will be released in two separate drops of seven, reported Parade.
The puffer coat with an “m” in front was designed to be the “ultimate movie-watching accessory,” with a napkin-dispensing sleeve, a slot to hold movie tickets, a hands-free popcorn belt, “interior snacktical pockets” and easy snack-cess pockets to hold bags of candy.
Sweet deal, right?
Despite wearing a jacket bulked with goodies, it’s a “natural fit” for anyone because it’s one size fits all.
The Mars candy company collaborated with Amazon MGM Studios’ new action-adventure holiday movie, “Red One,” which is set to hit theaters the same day the jackets are released to ensure moviegoers have no reason to get up while watching the film.
“M&M’s has long been a sweet addition to many holiday festivities and movie nights, so it only makes sense the brand is spicing up the holiday season with a thrilling new collaboration,” the release noted.
