As a professional shopping journalist, I’m day in and day out testing products left and right to give you my best and most honest take. Over the last few weeks, I’ve tested a few (affordable) fashion pieces that I think are worthy of a story and the money as well. From boucle clogs to leather shopper totes and customizable charm necklaces, keep scrolling to see my top 12 greatest fashion hits of the last few weeks!

Below you’ll find everything from jewelry that I simply can’t stop wearing, sweaters that have become my new staples and pajama pants that I sleep in nearly every night. Some highlights include my Petite Moments customized charm necklace that makes a fantastic gift for a loved one and Rothy’s slippers (a Meghan Markle-approved brand) that are now a fall and winter household staple for me. The best part? They all come in at a justifiable price point, come from your favorite brands like Abercrombie and Steve Madden and start at just $10.

Marc Fisher LTD Quinnie Over the Knee Boots

Help: I’ve fallen into the suede trend and I can’t get up! Just kidding, I actually adore this trend and in my opinion the best place to put it is your boots! That’s why I got these Marc Fisher LTD Quinnie Over the Knee Boots. Everyone needs a good pair of boots for the fall and these really make a statement in my outfits — especially when paired with my classic blue jeans, a denim skirt or even a sweater dress. The best part of these boots aside from their sleek and stylish deep brown suede fabric is their short kitten heel, which gives them a lift while also making them easy to walk in.

Rothy’s The Cozy Clog

The second I saw that Rothy’s had a new pair of Cozy Clogs — I knew I had to get them. I hadn’t tried the brand before but I had confidence before picking them out since they’ve been worn by the likes of Markle and Brooke Shields. I’m also a major cozy fashion and boucle-lover so these seemed like the perfect fit. And the right fit they were, to the point where they’re now all I wear around my apartment. They’re made of a vegan shearling-lined footbed that makes it cozy to sink into and durable gum outsoles, which gives them a non-slip grip. I got them in their beige color since that’s more my aesthetic but they come in gray as well. Bonus: they’re also machine washable in case they get dirty!

Abercrombie Cashmere Crew Tee

If there’s one top I’m throwing on while running out the door this season it’s this Cashmere short sleeve sweater from Abercrombie. One of my go-to fashion brands for affordability-meets-quality, this cashmere top has become an everyday essential in my wardrobe. It’s one of those styles that’s versatile enough to be styled every which way. For example, I’ve worn it with jeans, boots and a trench coat for a fall brunch date and with leather pants and some statement jewelry for an evening out on the town. I got it in white because I knew I’d get the most use out of that, but it comes in several other options as well like black, blue and beige. Its quality is top tier, as is its softness, made of 100 percent cashmere. The only downside to that is that it needs to be hand washed or dry cleaned to retain its quality.

A New Day Solid Soft Satchel Handbag

On a walk through the isles of target, this A New Day Solid Soft Satchel Handbag literally stopped me in my tracks! This is because I’ve been on the hunt for an affordable lookalike for the celebrity-loved The Row Margaux bag and I was thrilled to find it at such an affordable price point. The designer version comes in at a staggering $6,810, while this version is just $35 — I couldn’t walk out of the store without it! The only hard decision I had to make with it was whether or not to get it in black or brown. I ended up deciding on the black version, since I figured it would be easier to style and would outlast the trend cycle.

Garage Slouchy Jeans

I never thought I’d fall into the baggy jeans trend until I tried Garage’s Slouchy Jeans. I have to say, I really judged them without getting to know them, which was a major misstep on my part. Because the second I tried them on, they completely changed my opinion. I initially thought that their bagginess wouldn’t be flattering on the body, but when styled right they actually look so incredibly stylish. My favorite way to wear them is with a pair of heels. It makes me feel like a casual, cool fashion girl. Not to mention, the brand has several height options, making them a better fit all the way around.

Adidas VL Court Bold Platform Sneakers

Not to brag or anything but the second I got the Adidas VL Court Bold Platform Sneakers from DSW, I started seeing them everywhere. I’d like to think I started a trend but really I think I’m just on the same wavelength as many when it comes to this particular pair’s versatility and style. They feature a beige suede toe, white body coloring and the classic Adidas three line signature in black. This coloration makes them easy to style with a neutral wardrobe, though they do come in other color options as well. I also like the fact that they have a platform heel, since I think the lifted look is more visually flattering on my curvier body.

DiyJibb 7-Piece Non-Slip Headbands

Thanks to Y2K coming back into fashion, so did thick headbands — and I’m such a fan! I got the DiyJibb 7-Piece Non-Slip Headbands for just $10 on Amazon since it includes several neutral-colored headbands like black, gray and white. The headbands all have a bold 2.5 inch width that makes a statement with every outfit. They’re also my go-to style on day four hair and I don’t feel like putting it in a bun.

Hollister 24/7 Baggy Flannel Pajama Pants

As someone who works from home a majority of the time, I quite literally can’t take off these Hollister 24/7 Baggy Flannel Pajama Pants. Made of a polyester and viscose fabric blend, these pajama pants are one of the softest I’ve ever had the pleasure of wearing. I think it’s cute that they feature the classic ‘Hollister’ logo on the elastic band, which also helps them gently stay put on the hips. My favorite part about the pants though is the print I selected them in, the white blueberry print, simply because it brings me joy. However, they also come in other cute print options too that’ll likely be adding to my cart as well. Find them in sizes  XXS to XXL and lengths short, regular and long.

Steve Madden Thorin Pointed-Toe Mid-Heel Mule Pumps

Yes, these Steve Madden Thorin Pointed-Toe Mule Pumps are a bold choice — but hear me out! Some fashion choices are all about the “fun factor” and these were one of them. Seeing that it’s still a big trend right now, I love their western-inspited design that features an ivory coloring throughout, a shade of camel brown on the toe and some snake print on the toe. I love to pair them with classic blue jeans and also denim mini skirts as well. They have an easy slip on design and a short kitten heel that makes them easy to walk in!

Anine Bing Harvey Sweatshirt

I’ve had my eye on the Anine Bing Harvey Sweatshirt for awhile now and am thrilled that it’s now officially part of my rotation. They’re on the pricier end for a sweatshirt, but the brand’s cool girl and celebrity stamp of approval is worth it to me. It’s made of a soft and breakable 100 percent cotton fabric, a related fit and the classic Anine Bing sport graphic. Some people like designer in their bags, I like to keep it cozy with my sweatshirts.

Room Service Charlotte Knit PJ Set In Festive Fizz

Talk about a piece that brings out the inner child, these Charlotte Knit Pj Set In Festive Fizz from Room Service are such a fun and cozy part of my bedtime routine. They make me feel like such a girly girl and their fun design makes me want to get a martini, a charcuterie board and snuggle up on the couch for a binge session. I love their oversized relaxed fit and soft jersey fabric.

Petite Moments Customized Charm Necklace

No pun intended but every time you get to customize something for yourself, it just adds a charming personal touch! After having tried my own custom necklace from Petite Moments I became such a fan of the brand! They allowed me to pick out a gold chain of my choice and six charms that reflect my personal taste, which makes it all the more fun to wear! I chose a cute bow, my initial, a vintage-style cameo pendant and a few more.
