Jake Paul and Mike Tyson won’t be fighting in Texas for a little while.

In the wake of the boxers’ much-maligned Nov. 15 fight, they’ve been suspended 24 days by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The bans have nothing to do with Paul’s snoozfest of a win, Tyson’s listless return to the ring or even Netflix’s buffer-filled stream of the bout from AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

Instead, the TDLR, which sanctioned the match, mandates combatants to rest three days for every round fought — meaning Paul and Tyson can’t so much as spar for 24 days following their eight-round face-off.

Not that anyone involved isn’t staying busy in the meantime.

Paul has received numerous challenges in the days since, including one from heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois, who seemingly slid into the 27-year-old’s DMs to request a fight.

Tyson’s time has been spent explaining the various maladies that threatened the Paul bout, claiming he “almost died in June” in a post on X the day after they threw down.

“Had 8 blood transfusions, he wrote. “Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.”

Netflix, on the other hand, isn’t suspended, but might want to sit on the sidelines for a while.

The streaming giant has gone from the high of touting a record 108 million global viewers in 60 million households, to having to assuage the NFL ahead of their planned Christmas Day doubleheader over the serious broadcast issues showcased during the fight.

Oh, and there’s the matter of a $50 million class-action lawsuit filed by a Florida man over the glitchy stream and one sports attorney believing several factors could lead to legal action.

For those who were able to watch it, Paul won a lopsided decision to improve his record to 11-1, though he’s received plenty of flack for admitting he carried Tyson through several rounds.

He walked away from the fight with a guaranteed $40 million payday while Tyson added a cool $20 million to his net worth, giving them both something to do for the next few weeks instead of strapping on the gloves: counting their boatloads of cash.
