Trying to copy WWE often doesn’t work for opposing promotions, but in this case – and especially when AEW’s new television deal begins in 2025, it could actually help.

One of the big reasons WWE’s creative has worked under Triple H is having The Judgment Day and The Bloodline to anchor “Monday Night Raw” and “SmackDown” respectively.

Sure, other A stories have emerged, such as CM Punk and Drew McIntyre and now Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens, but those two factions are there to build multiple segments and stories around throughout an entire show.

It has begun to feel that way in AEW for Jon Moxley’s Death Riders and should get to that point for Bobby Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate.
