The Post’s Dylan Svoboda picks his three favorite player props for Sunday’s NFL Week 11 slate.
Giants vs. Packers
Jameis Winston will be behind center for the Giants on Sunday against the Packers in East Rutherford.
That’s good news for the Big Blue’s pass catchers.
Wan’Dale Robinson and Theo Johnson figure to get the bulk of the targets with Darius Slayton sidelined.
I’m focusing on the young tight end, who is coming into his own of late.
Last week, Johnson had the best game of his two-year career, posting career-highs seven catches and 75 receiving yards.
He had become a favorite of Jaxson Dart’s before the rookie quarterback went down, averaging six targets a game over the last six contests.
I expect that to continue with Winston.
It’s not like the Giants are likely to be running out the clock in this one as well.
With few other options to go to, look for Johnson to get fed by the gunslinger Winston.
The play: Theo Johnson to have more than 4.5 catches (+112, FanDuel Sportsbook)
49ers vs. Cardinals
Christian McCaffrey has more receiving yards than rushing yards this season.
Yes, you read that right.
The 49ers’ star running back is more of a dual threat than ever, and it shouldn’t stop this weekend in Arizona.
McCaffrey is averaging 69.2 yards through the air and a whopping nine targets per game, including more than 50 receiving yards in all but one of San Francisco’s 10 games.
Last time the 49ers played the Cardinals, McCaffrey went off in the passing game, bringing in 10 catches on 15 targets for 88 yards.
Ricky Pearsall is expected to take the field on Sunday, giving the 49ers their healthiest wide receiver/tight end room since the season opener.
That partially explains the lower Over/Under for CMC’s receiving yards, but I’m not letting that cloud what has been a trend for the superstar all season long – no matter who is on the field for San Francisco.
The play: Christian McCaffrey to have more than 50.5 receiving yards (-110, BetMGM Sportsbook)
Steelers vs. Bengals
Round 2 between the Steelers and Bengals will take place on Sunday.
Last time these two teams faced off, it was an absolute shootout on “Thursday Night Football,” with Cincy pulling off the upset.
Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth had his best game of the season in that game, hauling in five catches for 111 yards with two touchdowns.
Let’s see if he can do it again.
Betting on the NFL?
Aside from the Bengals barnburner, Freiermuth has developed a decent connection with quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
In three games since, Freiermuth is averaging three catches a game and 24.3 yards through the air.
There are a lot of mouths for Rodgers to feed on the Steelers’ offense, but if there’s any other game on the schedule for Freiermuth to pop, it’s this one.
The play: Pat Freiermuth to have more than 3.5 catches (+135, Caesars Sportsbook) and to score a touchdown (+240, FanDuel Sportsbook)
