These tiny homes come at a not so tiny price.

A popular Caribbean resort is expanding almost overnight, putting up 52 futuristic modular homes with oceanfront views that it hopes will rent out for top dollar.

Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino on the island of Curacao will be unveiling the 377-square-foot pods on the sands of Piscadera Bay by June 1.

The newest additions to the Hyatt-managed property begin at $609 per night, ThePointsGuy reported.

And while they seem small in size, they come with king-sized beds, double vanity bathrooms, an indoor seating section and an oceanfront terrace.

“With increased interest in social group travel and growing desire for upper room categories, the new offerings create a first-of-its-kind concept amidst one of the most coveted beaches in Curaçao,” said resort general manager Thomas van Balveren.

The pods are disconnected from the main section of the resort, which already has 197 rooms.

They are, however, located within walking distance of Dreams’ newly introduced and more secluded adults-only area.

Guests of the pods are privy to a grown-up-only infinity pool, new bar, and Mediterranean restaurant as well.

Perhaps the swankiest perk is that the specialty rooms is that they include special accommodations that include: club lounge access, specially stocked mini bars, a specialized pillow menu, and unique bath accessories.

Last but not least, a butler will be provided, along with private beach space for guests.
