Two games into the season, we’ve seen some things we expected from this Jets team and some that have been unexpected.
The Jets are 1-1 and there are issues to clean up, but overall there have been plenty of positive signs. The offense has shown glimpses of what it can be as it works together longer. The defense has had some surprising struggles, but it buckled down against the Titans in the second half on Sunday and there are positive indicators even if it has not been dominant.
Let’s zero in on a few players and one unit that have been pleasant surprises for the Jets through the first two weeks.
