A controversial Republican candidate for State Assembly and serial sperm donor was arrested outside a polling station in Queens Tuesday morning, according to police and law-enforcement sources.
District 28 candidate Jonathan Rinaldi — known as the “Sperminator” — was seen inside the voting location at PS 101 in Forest Hills holding a “Vote Rinaldi” sign and shouting “baby killers” at passersby around 10:30 a.m., sources said.
Officers gave Rinaldi “numerous commands to a male individual to stop screaming and yelling inside the polling site,” according to the NYPD.
“When he refused to stop, he was taken into custody into the 112 Precinct. A summons for Harassment was issued. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident,” the police said.
There were no injuries reported due to the incident.
Rinaldi is a dad of 18, 15 of whom were born in the past three years through sperm donation.
