Sean McVay seems to be well off, enjoying his summer vacation.
McVay’s wife, Veronika Khomyn McVay, posted a photo of her and Sean enjoying themselves out on a boat at a lake, where Sean was looking jacked as he was shirtless in the photo.
With his wife’s arms around his shoulders, Sean’s muscles stole the show as they were shining under the sun, near the water.
Underneath the post by the X account @RamsTapes, Rams fans flooded the comment section praising McVay.
The account AC_Dude_Guzman said, “Sean McVay is listed at QB2 for the Rams.” @BrandonVanZee said, “That’s my coach!” and the account, @Ballknowerian said, “More like linebacker” as they were all taken away by Sean McVay’s peak physique body.
When it comes down to coaches who are in peak fitness, Sean McVay might take the cake, as he has built a reputation for being one of the more muscular and defined coaches in the NFL.
While Sean McVay is enjoying his time off from the football field, out in the water, his vacation is only temporary as he will be required to report back to the Rams on July 25, when they kick off NFL Training Camp at Loyola Marymount University, in Los Angeles, California.
The 2026 NFL season will be a pivotal year for Sean McVay and the Rams, as the team is currently the favorite to win the Super Bowl.
There’s a good reason as to why the Rams are the favorites to win the Super Bowl this year, as they hold one of the best rosters in football.
Last season, they ranked as the top offense in football, by accumulating 6,709 yards of total offense. Quarterback Matthew Stafford was the driving point of the offense after receiving his first career MVP when he threw for 4,707 yards and 46 touchdowns.
Defensively, the Rams have also made some major upgrades after they landed reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Myles Garrett, freshly removed from resetting the NFL sack record when he compiled 23 sacks.
On top of that, the Rams also refined their secondary after trading away a first-round pick to the Kansas City Chiefs to acquire Trent McDuffie. The Rams also went and signed McDuffie’s Kansas City partner in crime, Jaylen Watson, during free agency to play opposite him at cornerback.
