Glen Powell has found his match in girlfriend Michelle Randolph.
“Life is fast for both of us, and we have the same values,” Powell, 37, told Esquire in a cover story published Wednesday, October 7. “She loves her family, I love my family and we both care about work a lot. We both like to show up for our partners — and yet we also understand the balance of it all.”
Us broke the news in December 2025 that Powell and the Landman actress, 29, had recently started dating. While their connection began casually, Powell and Randolph’s bond ultimately turned more serious. (Powell and Randolph made their social media debut as a couple in June.)
“There’s something so lovely about someone rooting for you. Someone who wants you to win in all the ways that are good for you as a human,” he gushed to Esquire. “Not just professionally but in all the ways that are good for your soul.”
Powell found the couple’s romantic summer getaway in Europe to be particularly transformative.
“[The break allowed me to] remind myself what I love about this job,” the Chad Powers star acknowledged. “[I’m thinking], ‘Is my family financially secure? Are they healthy? Are we including them in the ride? And how can I be the best producer at Barnstorm?’”
While Powell was pleased with his answers, he’s still continually working on “how can [he] do this better.”
Throughout their relationship, Powell and Randolph have opted to keep most details about their love life to themselves.
“I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate,” Randolph told InStyle in January, explaining her reasoning for keeping her romance private. “How people perceive you publicly is not who you are. It’s hard to not [read the comments] because it’s so in our face, and everyone’s online, so you see things that you don’t necessarily want to, and then it puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the day or hurts your feelings. It’s not smart to let that define you because that’s not real.”
She continued at the time, “It’s your personal life. It should be personal and reserved for yourself and those who are close to you.”
Randolph previously dated Disney Channel alum Gregg Sulkin from 2018 to 2023. Powell, for his part, was last linked to model Gigi Paris from 2020 to 2023 before they ended their three-year romance.
