A California Democrat’s staffer has been arrested by federal immigration authorities in Las Vegas, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Former KTSF news anchor Ho-Yin Mo, who now works for California Assemblywoman Catherine Stefani, was taken into custody Thursday at Harry Reid International Airport, the DailyMail reported.
DHS says he entered the U.S. legally in January 2020 but remained after his temporary permission expired.
The Post has reached out to both DHS and Stefani for comment.
