Most of the free-agency talk in New York has centered around Yankees outfielder Juan Soto — and for good reason.
The 26-year-old perennial All-Star is an on-base/OPS dream, and he deservedly will command a massive contract, especially with deep-pocketed clubs such as the Mets and the champion Dodgers expected to compete with the Yankees for his valuable services.
