In their first 20 games without Aaron Judge, the Yankees went 12-8, and looked like a team capable of withstanding the absence of the two-time defending AL MVP.

In the seven games since, they have gone 0-7 and resembled a dumpster fire in just about every area of their game.

The good news for the Yankees is the Twins are coming to town this weekend, the equivalent of a homecoming opponent for a team that needs a get-right series.

The bad news is that Aaron Judge’s return is nowhere in sight, so aside from beating up on the Twins, they are going to have to find a way to dig themselves out of this without him.
