A famous model is asking for a restraining order against Bradley Martyn after she claims the fitness influencer violently put his hands on her during a Halloween party last week.
Noelle Leyva, who boasts hundreds of thousands of followers on social media, wrote in an application for a civil harassment restraining order this week that Martyn hit her across the chest and shoved her to the floor while the two were at a packed get-together on Oct. 29 in Los Angeles.
Martyn, however, is vehemently denying the allegations.
Leyva stated the incident all went down after a girl called her over at the bash to talk with her.
“I realized Mr. Martyn was speaking with her,” Leyva wrote in her filing, which was obtained by the California Post on Friday. “As soon as he saw me, he said, ‘F—k off you stupid wh—e’ and hit me across the chest and pushed me onto the ground.”
She said the altercation did not result in any visible markings on her body, but she claimed she’s now “scared, anxious and fearful for my life.”
Leyva alleged in the document that Martyn, 37, has held a grudge against her for years, stating that after they had a business partnership fail in 2023, he told “friends and acquaintances that he wished me dead for ‘what I did to him.’”
She wrote that initially she “did not take his threats for my life seriously,” but “after what happened on the 29th, I am scared, anxious and humiliated.”
Several people, including Leyva’s boyfriend Colin Hughes, submitted sworn statements to the court alongside Leyva’s request claiming they personally saw the altercation take place.
“Bradley forcefully shoved Noelle, causing her to fall to the ground on the stairs,” Hughes wrote. “Noelle had not physically provoked Bradley or done anything to warrant such an aggressive response.
“Bradley is approximately 6’3” and weights 260 pounds, while Noelle is approximately 5’4” and weighs 100 pounds. Given the significant difference in their physical size and strength, witnessing Bradley forcefully push Noelle to the ground was extremely alarming and frightening.”
Leyva, 25, is asking the court to order Martyn to stay at least 50 yards away from her, her home, her job and her vehicle. Additionally, she wants a judge to bar Martyn “from vilifying me, directly or through his proxies, on social media for filing this petition and post negative commentary about me, my life and my friends.”
Martyn “has a big presence on social media,” she said. “He has over 4 million followers on Instagram alone.”
But Martyn “categorically disputes Ms. Leyva’s account of what occurred on October 29,” the influencer’s attorney, Charles Lew, said in a statement to The Post on Friday.
“Multiple witnesses who were present will corroborate Mr. Martyn’s account,” Lew said. “This is another ill-advised and duplicitous attempt to extort money from my client, and we will respond accordingly.”
Leyva claimed she met Martyn roughly five years ago, when she was 20 and he was 32.
She stated the two entered into an agreement after he told her he could help her “become more famous and earn a lot more” money.
She said she got out of the deal in 2023, though, and Martyn later sued her over her exit, but he “inexplicably dismissed the case” in May 2023.
