Mayor Zohran Mamdani will welcome President Trump to Gracie Mansion on Monday when the commander in chief visits the Big Apple for the United Nations General Assembly.
Hizzoner and Trump, who have been famously chummy despite their diametrically opposite political views, last met in-person back in February, but have remained texting pals ever since.
“The meeting will focus on issues affecting New York City and New Yorkers,” the mayor’s office said in a statement.
The mayor has tried to seize on Trump’s roots as a Queens native to build a constructive relationship with the Trump administration.
