More than one million grill brushes have been recalled after frightening reports emerged of people accidentally swallowing the tool’s loose metal bristles. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the massive recall – which impacts nearly 1.75 million Cuisinart metal wire-bristle grill brushes sold since 2009 – after Conair received at least 54 reports of the bristles falling off and sticking to grill grates or food.
